Check-in
🔐 Entrada:
- Por seguridad, te dejamos los datos de ingreso al departamento en el mensaje que te enviamos mediante la aplicación.
- Una vez que abras el locker que tiene adentro la llave de la entrada, acordate de cerrarlo nuevamente con algún código aleatorio como por ejemplo 0000 (para que no quede a la vista el código que usaste para abrirlo).
- ⚠️ En caso de que la cerradura digital del departamento no abra, probá levantándola un poco hacia arriba antes de bajarla.
🛜 Wi-Fi: vas a poder encontrar los datos del WiFi en la app de Airbnb.
☕️ Café y té: te dejamos algunas cápsulas de café y saquitos de té para que puedas usar, si necesitás comprar más fijate de comprar cápsulas para máquina “Nescafé”.
Recomendaciones
🚔 Algunas recomendaciones para tu seguridad:
- No vayas distraído usando el celular por la calle, si bien no hay muchos robos violentos en Buenos Aires, sí hay muchos robos por descuido.
- Por el mismo motivo, evitá dejar tu celular apoyado en la mesa de un café o restaurant, es preferible que lo guardes en tu bolsillo.
🚮 Para tirar tu bolsa de basura, tenés unos tachos grandes afuera del edificio, en la vereda de enfrente.
🥗 Recomendaciones de comida: nos encanta la comida y los restaurantes. Si vas a alguno realmente bueno, NOS ENCANTARÍA saberlo. Acá tenés una lista que creamos (todavía está en progreso):

Reglas de la casa
🔑 Armario con llave: vas a ver que en la casa hay un armario con llave, este armario se usa para guardar repuestos de vasos, tazas y platos entre otras cosas, lo dejamos cerrado y es únicamente para uso de nuestro personal de limpieza.
🎶 Ruidos fuertes: acordate de no hacer ruidos fuertes después de las 10pm ni antes de las 9am, el edificio tiene una política estricta de ruidos y podría haber penalidades.
💡 Ahorro de energía: acordate de apagar las luces y el aire acondicionado al irte del departamento.

- Chequeá bien que no te olvidás nada en el departamento! Si te olvidás algo, avisanos lo antes posible así te lo guardamos.

🔐 Entry:
- For security, we've sent you the apartment access details via the message in the Airbnb app.
- Once you open the locker containing the entry key, remember to close it and scramble the code, like setting it to 0000 (so the code you used isn't visible).
- ⚠️ If the digital lock on the apartment door doesn't open, try lifting it slightly upwards before lowering it.
🛜 Wi-Fi: You'll find the Wi-Fi details in the Airbnb app.
☕️ Coffee and Tea: We've left some coffee capsules and tea bags for you to use. If you need more, remember to buy capsules for a “Nescafé” machine.
Recommendations
🚔 Safety Tips:
- Avoid getting distracted by your phone on the streets. While violent thefts are not common in Buenos Aires, opportunistic thefts do happen.
- For the same reason, don't leave your phone on the table at a café or restaurant. It's safer to keep it in your pocket.
🚮 Trash Disposal: You'll find large trash bins outside the building, in the opposite sidewalk.
🥗 Food recommendations: we love food and cool restaurants, if you go to a really nice one we would LOVE to hear about it. Here’s a list we created (it’s still in progress):

House Rules
🔑 Locked Cabinet: You'll notice a locked cabinet in the house. It's used for storing spare glasses, cups, plates, etc., and is only for our cleaning staff’s use.
🎶 Loud Noises: Please remember not to make loud noises after 10pm or before 9am. The building has a strict noise policy, and there could be penalties.
💡 Energy Saving: Remember to turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment.

🔐 Departure:
- Double-check that you haven't left anything in the apartment! If you do forget something, let us know as soon as possible so we can keep it for you.
- Once you've put the key back in the locker, remember to lock it with a random code, like 0000 (so the code you used isn't visible).
